Shipping method & rates

• JRIO TREND are using PosLaju Malaysia for all delivery process
• Postage fees ( for 1 - 2 item only ) :
Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6
Sabah & Sarawak : RM 8
*Additional RM 2 will be added for any single item after that.
• Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the items with the given tracking code at http://www.pos.com.my/v1/?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm or call up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300. JRIO TREND will not hold any further responsibility after the items have been ship out from JRIO TREND.
• Please make sure there is someone during daytime in the given shipping address, as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the nearest PosLaju office and you are required to collect it by yourself.
