• All items sold are brand new and in good condition
• Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable
• There are NO Reservations for any item. All base on first come first served basis

• No cancellation once order is confirmed
• Order strictly through Order Form only
• All payment has to be made within 3days after confirmation from JRIO TREND
• JRIO TREND will deliver your item after your payment is cleared
• C.O.D. (cash on delivery) applied to face to face collect item only.
• JRIO TREND would not take any responsibility on lost or damage items during the post delivery
• JRIO TREND will not responsible for any wear or tear that occur on the item due to the cause of daily usage
• Shipping fees is NOT included in the price that stated in the website
• Due to different contrast of the monitor, the colours of the items may be slightly different from what you see in the photos
• Please check carefully the provided measurement
• Requesting for extra photos are not allow
• Send JRIO TREND an email again if we do not reply you within 24 hours as some of the mails may get into spam box [ATTENTION!!!!]
• Please be sure that before submitting the order form you have understand and clear about JRIO TREND term and condition. The order form act as an agreement between JRIO TREND and you (beloved buyers). You are not allowed to pull out once the form is submitted, or else you have to pay for the items that you ordered.
